LG G3 keeps music into internal memory

Solved!

LG G3 keeps music into internal memory

Hi i've got an Lg G3 with 4.4.2 Android version and latest Spotify version. I am a premium user.

I want to download my music for off-line usage into my SD card instead of internal memory but i can't. Music goes into internal memory.

My SD is perfectly working and i'm using it with several applications. The SD space is 32Gb, but only 4 Gb are used.

I followed these instructions: https://support.spotify.com/it/problems/#!/article/Why-doesn-t-Spotify-store-files-on-my-memory-card... it didn't work.

I also uninstalled Spotify and re-installed it but didn't work as well.

Can you give me please some suggestions?

Many thanks

Andrea

Hi Daniel, thaks for the answer. It worked 🙂

I fixed as it was described in your link....this way:

- Unistalled spotify

- Rebooted the phone (***this is what i haven't done when i tryed to fix the first attempt***)

- Reinstalled Spotify
