Recently updated to premium service and downloaded some albums for offline playback.  Not long after I've been having issues playing back any music downloaded or streaming in my car without the song skipping and stuttering during playback at least 3x per song. Also some downloaded songs will not play, yet another will from the same downloaded album, green symbol next to all tracks.  Tried deleting Spotify and upgrading, tried deleting the songs and streaming playback, then tried re-downloading and playing and skipped both times.

Solved:

My wifi was switching on and off at random.
