LOCAL FILES ON ANDROID SUDDENLY DELETED AND CAN'T DOWNLOAD AGAIN

So I had a playlist of local files that had over 50 songs that had transferred seamlessly onto my phone. Today I tried adding one more track to the playlist and everything inexplicably went**bleep**. Not only have the local files on my android been taken out, I can't download the same ones that worked just earlier today back again. 

I have tried LITERALLY EVERYTHING i've read on forums: reset phone, reinstalled spotify, logged out, checked they're both on the same SSID, checked the files aren't protected, checked that there was space left, etc. literally everything and still nothing, the local files playlist just says that **bleep** message: "Waiting to Download" 

Please help! What am I missing????

Could you let us know what device, operating system, and Spotify version you're using? Also, since when are you having this issues? A screenshot of the message you're getting would be helpful. 

If you log in from another account, do you have the same issue?
