Se coloca la cancion y suena bien una parte y de la nada se escucha como disco rayado, despues retoma la cancion nuevamente pero si es bastante molesto, tambien en ocasiones me pasa con los audifonos puestos.
Hey folks,
Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community and sorry for the delayed reply. Hope you don't mind a reply in English, as it is the official language of the Community 🙂
Could you let us know if this is happening across devices or only on a specific one? Also, we'd like to know if this is happening when you're streaming directly on your devices (phone, PC, etc.) or when you're listening on an external device such as a speaker.
On another note, would you mind giving a different internet connection a go to see if that makes the difference?
We'll be on the lookout for your replies.
It also happens with speakers and headphones with wifi and celular data how can we fix this? I have premium and I haven't been using it because of it.
Hey @Rominanuma,
Welcome to the Community and thank you for joining the conversation.
If it happens with different network connections, it could be related to some damaged cache stored on your device from previous updates. In this case, we'd first recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This is often an overlooked step, but it's more thorough than a quick one and can be helpful in getting rid of any cache that might be causing trouble.
If the issue persists, would you mind checking on a different device using your own account? You can borrow a friend's or family member's device to test it.
Lastly, in case the issue persists, include in your next response the OS version of your device and Spotify version you're currently running.
We'll be on the lookout.
The music sounds like a scratched record when I'm listening to music it sounds strange, I already reinstalled the application and it continues to give the same problem, it should be noted that I have been using the application for years, and for about a month I have been having this problem, it is very annoying to listen to music So
Hey there @marlonz,
Thanks for posting in this thread!
Just to check, does this happen on all devices that you use Spotify on, or just with a specific one? Also, have you noticed if this happens at any certain points? For example, when connected to a speaker or Bluetooth headphones, when listening to a specific album, etc.
It's also worth clearing stored cache, if you haven't already, to see if you notice any difference. You can do so by following the steps here.
Let us know how you get on!
