My Question or Issue

I've always been frustrated that there isn't an option in settings to stop the list of playlists sorting by recently played, and only just discovered today that the "Filters" button isn't just about search, but also includes the "Sort by" menu. This is a really confusing way to present a really common setting. The word 'filter' implies that you're blocking out playlists which makes it a misleading name for the tool. Naming it "Sort by" would really help with clarity.
