My Question or Issue

My liked songs aren't showing up on my phone anymore but they show up on my desktop app. When I go to liked songs it says "your liked songs will appear here." I've tried deleting cache, data, and reinstalling the app and it still isn't showing up. This is a new issue today and I've never had it happen in the years I've had the app.

Hey there @djjjunior!

Welcome to the Community and thanks for bringing this to our attention.

Could you try logging out > restarting your phone > logging back in to see if that makes any difference for you? We'd recommend doing that 2 times to force a refresh.

If you still experience this, it might be caused by an issue with your device's cache.

We understand that you've reinstalled the app, but we'd recommend preforming a clean reinstall with the steps here, that should help get rid of all of the stored data on your device.

Keep in mind that you'll need to re-download your offline music and podcasts afterwards.

We'll be on the lookout for your update. Give us a shout if you have any further questions.
