My Question or Issue
My language of Android menus is English and the Input languages are English and Ukrainian. When I go to spotify.com in a mobile browser it is in English and I'm ok with it, but when I proceed to login page it is in Russian as I understand. The official language of Ukraine is Ukrainian and I don't understand why it is in a foreign language. I understand that for foreigners it is one big giant USSR and all nations inside are Russians but come on Spotify! It is 2020 or what? May I see English or Ukrainian please.

Are you talking about the account page on Mobile? Once you're logged in your account on the website you can scroll all the way down where you can see a little flag. If you click that you can choose a default display language for the Account page and the Support page.

Unfortunately, the Log In page doesn't have an option to change a language or I do not see it.

Can you try logging in on your account page, and after you've logged in scroll all the way down and check if you can see the little flag icon.

There has been a flag of the USA. And if I log out and try to log in again it doesn't make any difference and Log In page it is still in Russian.

Could you let us know if you're using a VPN? If so, try disconnecting it and check if the issue persists.
Also, try changing the country code in the link of the account page and let us know if that makes any difference.

I do not use VPN and changing "ru" in the link to any other language anyway redirects me back to Russian page.

Can you try logging in to your account on another device? It's also a good idea to try with another connection. Are there any changes?

A different device(also Android) and different internet provider but the same issue.
It is the Log In page so it doesn't relate to any account at this stage.
But it worth mentioning that the issue doesn't happen on Linux Desktop(Firefox, Chromium) and it shows the English Log In page. So it seems that the issue only in Mobile version.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop 🙂
It's a good idea to try changing your preferred language and region settings, but some browsers might not have these settings or automatically redirect based on what they deem the location might be. You can also try with another browser.
In case this doesn't do the trick, you can give it a go and try manually changing from RU to UA.

I haven't done anything, but something apparently has changed, now I have the English Log In page on my phone. My language settings in my browser have remained the same(English, Ukrainian). Also, I've tried adding Russian to the list and this indeed returned the Russian Log In page again. So I assume from now on browser language settings are taken into consideration.
