Login page says I'm offline, link to restore account instantly expired

My Question or Issue

I'm using Spotify on my phone regularly and have used it on Germany without a problem and this morning in Vietnam too without a problem. After inserting a new sim-card and restarting my phone however I've encountered the following problems:

I'm logged out in the app and when trying to log in (being in the same wifi network as before), I'm told that I'm not connected to the internet. 

As a solution to my problem I'm given a link to reset my password. When opening the link in my mail app, when I try to open it from my opera browser, I'm send to a 404 page. When opening it with spotify, it's expired directly. 

So whatever I do I can't log in. I'm glad about any suggestions what to try.

Do you first mind trying to log in from another network and letting us know if you get the same error? If so, make sure to send us a screenshot and we'll take a closer look.

If that doesn't work, do you mind trying to reset your password again, only this time from another browser or using an incognito window?
