My Question or Issue

 When opening a playlist, 25% of the time it takes several minutes to load. Also starting a song takes some time, Sometimes I get irritated and keep pressing the next button and it suddenly starts playing and changes songs. Looks like a bad connection or something, I have a good LTE signal. Happens with WiFi too.

It sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

 

If you're still having trouble, could you let us know the exact version of Spotify you're running?

Version 8.4.70.666

 

It's been through a lot of reboots, reinstalls, device flashing. Still happening, probably been like this for six months or more.

There might be some issue with the cache. We suggest that you delete all your offline devices from your account page.

 

If it doesn't help, do you have big playlists saved? Get back to us with the number of tracks on the biggest playlist you have and we'll check it out.

It hasn't happened for the last week I think. No big playlist saved, five with about 50 songs each.

 

I'll delete cache and devices and see if it happens again
