Lost offline music twice this week

Lost offline music twice this week

I am completely clueless what to do. I tried everything described in the other threads about similar problems.
-Reinstalled Spotify cleanly
-Removed all offline devices
Nothing helps. It's not the first time I lost all my offline music, but now it happened twice this week. Will this ever be fixed? It seems like many people have this problem and it's incredibly infuriating. Thinking about cancelling my subscription.
Device: Sony Xperia Z3 compact with Android 6.0.1

Just to be sure, do you have any cache clearing apps installed on your device?
