My Question or Issue
The new lyrics placed placed at the bottom of the "play" canvas or whatever it's called makes it hard to switch song. It now requires a very exact horisontal movement to switch song. If you miss the slightest, the thing will start a vertical scroll instead to show the lyric. This is a bad bug as it affects the user experience negatively. You would gain goodwill by fixing this bug asap.

We understand your frustration with a change in your Lyrics experience on your device. However we'll need some more info to be able to give you an advice. Perhaps you can share with us a short video or screenshots of the situation so we can take a closer look and give you more info if this is expected or not.

I do not appreciate your ill-founded request for more information. You know exactly what problem I mean. This is a (yet another) request to Spotify to fix this design flaw, it's been out there for too long.
So have you pushed this request the the tech team? It would really be appreciated if you could fix this design flaw soon.

We understand where you're coming from. However, the video we requested is to have a better look at the issue and understand what is happening with your app. As the app looks quite different depending on the device, we'd need to see how it looks on your end to continue with the investigation.
Also, include in your next response the Spotify version you're currently running to discard pending updates.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.

I understand that you are instructed by Spotify management to give this kind of stalling answers, and I suppose it doesn't matter if I declare that I find them disrespectful. I have described the issue clearly, you already know about it, or if not, can easily try to swipe the album picture to see what I mean. Now, I respectfully request you to fix this bug, please.
So have you pushed this request the the tech team yet? It would really be appreciated as this bug annoys me 50 times per day.

So spotify ignores their customers. That sounds not very intelligent. How on earth are we going to report a bug on spotify and get it fixed, without being harassed with irrelevant requests for videos and such?
