Can you try redeeming your gift card here, using a different browser or a private/incognito window?

If your gift card still isn't redeeming, I would recommend making sure that you've entered the correct characters (e.g. a zero looks like a capital "O," or a one looks like a capital "I").

If the issue persists, can you attach a screenshot of the error message you're seeing? Make sure to hide sensitive information when posting on the Spotify Community.
