Cuando reproduzco una canción mi teléfono se pone en modo seguro, eh estado viendo y a varía gente le pasa lo mismo, ojalá me den una solución porque pago mes a mes y no es justo.

This is strange behavior and I am not sure what exactly do you mean by "safe mode". Is this still happening for you? Could you share more info on your phone's make, model and OS? Aslo any screenshots (or video if possible) will be very helpful, to give you a better advice. Also what is the version of Spotify that you're currently using?

Make sure you're not running any battery/data optimization apps on that device, as they might interfere with the normal behavior of Spotify! If you need such apps, then it's better to allow Spotify into their exceptions lists.
