Missing Library - New App Download

Missing Library - New App Download

Hello - My husband downloaded the Spotify app this morning to his Motorola Droid Turbo 2 and created a new account. He cannot "Add to Library" or even view his library from the menu dropdown. We used the desktop version to create a playlist hoping it would then sync to his phone. The playlist synced, but the only way to get to it is through his profile and he still does not have the "My Library" and cannot add songs to the newly created playlist from the app.

 

Any suggestions?

I have this same problem and tried all solutions with no luck, I recommend contacting them directly instead of posting publically which is what I did today, also by chance is he using family plan? Sorry I dont have solution, just wanted to let you know you arent alone. 

Can he try logging out and back in again. Also make sure that he is using the same details to log in. Do not use an email address as your username
