Spotify isn't downloading ANY songs since I've upgraded my account to "family account"?

Spotify isn't downloading ANY songs since I've upgraded my account to "family account"?

Well, the title said it all. But I've just upgraded my account and all my musics weren't saved anymore. And since then I'm trying to downloadin them. 24 hours already passed and the download still on 0%.

 

I've already tried reinstall the app, restart the phone and the internet.

So, can someone help me out?

 

(I'm using a Samsung A3 and my sd card can't be booted now)

I have this problem as well; the app simply started not downloading any songs after the last update with video enhancements, whatever I do which includes uninstalling and reinstalling the app, clearing data, turning on and off the offline mode or erasing the device from three device sync list on web. None worked. I am using a non-rooted standart Samsung Galaxy S6 with Android 5.1.1 official rom.

Same, subscribed add family and now we can't download anything. Tried logging off and on, restarts, reinstalls... All that jazz
