[Mobile][Other] I’ve tried everything

I’ve reset my phone and logged off on all devices but some songs just will not play even if I am connected to the internet. I have had premium for years and haven’t had a problem, I don’t know what’s happening now. It’s not just a playlist either it’s the songs

Could you please tell us if this issue is happening when using a 4G/LTE network? Are you facing this issue using a WiFi connection? Both?

If you try to log out of your account and log in to Spotify again using another account and using the same device, can you face the same issue?
