My Question or Issue

I'm having multiple issues with the music player. 

- I can't skip more than 2 songs in a row. When I leave the screen and go back in I can skip 2 songs again. 

- Song length and played time isn't displayed  The counters stay on 0:00. After playing about 50% of the song it sometimes displays the proper length of the song and the played time. 

- I can't fast forward songs. Pressing the bar makes the song go back to the beginning of the song. 

 

In my trial version for premium I didn't experience any of these problems. Shortly after becoming a premium member the problems started. I already did a clean install of the Spotify app. Unfortunately this didn't help.

 

Does anyone experience the same problems? And does anyone have a solution?

Sorry to hear you're experiencing these issues after upgrading to Premium.

 

As you've already tried reinstalling the app, let's try restarting your phone before trying again. If this doesn't help, and if your phone has an SD card installed, try removing the card and reinstalling Spotify again, then put the card back in before trying again.
