Music stopping

My Question or Issue

Lately my music has been stopping when I'm listening to music. It happens specially when my phone is locked. I don't know if this is something to do with my phone or not.

I've already logged out of all my accounts but this keeps haooening. 

Any help would be appreciated!

This problem is usually caused due the battery optimization feature which has been made more aggressive in android 9, Go to settings > device care > battery > battery optimization > show all apps > set Spotify's to "don't optimize"
