My Spotify premium ( free for 1 year, present by Vodafone) doesn't work

Five months ago, Vodafone gave me an year of spotify premium. 

But since last July it stoped working and now when I try to open Spotify, the device tells me the premium version is not available.

So, I had sent an email to Spotify, where I explained what happened to my account, and they told me to write here my issue.

If someone are able to help me, please answer me .

As Vodaphone administer your subscription, you'll need to contact them. I'm sure they'll be able to help.
