My phone doesn't recognize my spotify premium!

My phone doesn't recognize my spotify premium!

hey!

Every time i pay for spotify premium my phone won't let me listen to offline playlists i get the message that i have to pay for spotify premium in order to listen offline mode but i have already payed for it, and i can't get it to work, please help!

Hi,

 

Please note it can take some time for a premium subscription to activate across all devices.

1) Have you checked your Subscriptions page to make sure you are successfully premium?
2) Does Spotify desktop say 'Spotify premium' at the top?
3) Try logging out/in and/or reinstalling Spotify.
4) Make sure you're logging in with the right account; it's very easy to have both facebook and Spotify details!

My desktop says "upgrade" at the top right, and i've tried to reinstall and relog to my account. Also checked my spotify subsription page and it says im premium.

I actualy got it to work after reinstalling it the second time, appreciate your help, thank you!

Whats the fix for this?

I have re-installed several times but futile. Still no joy. 😞

There is currently a problem that is causing premium to not activate.

 

This should be fixed soon.
