My phone doesnt remember my account

Hey all,

Since a week or 2 my phone doesnt remember my premium account anymore. This means that whenever I open the app I need to log-in again. As a result, I need to re-download all my playlists again. Also, every time I need to relog, it doesnt remember where I want my songs to be stored (I want them on my SD card, not the phone itself).

This doesnt happen 100% of the time, but for sure a couple of times a week. And since I'm going on vacation next week I wanna keep my downloaded playlists with me. 

I already tried re-installing the app. Any tips?

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstall of the app. Just follow these steps.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

I'll see what I can suggest next!
