My playlist or can say any of the playlist on the app is not loading at all

My playlist or can say any of the playlist on the app is not loading at all

So I keep trying to access my playlists that I've made but unfortunately they do not load at all it just shows as if loading the songs but even after hours nothing shows up . All the playlist that are there on the app are not opening at all !!

Thanks for reaching out!

Are you getting any pop up errors when this happens or do you just get the endless loading screen? If possible, we'd like you to send us a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end 🙂

 

And as for a starting troubleshooting step you can try, see if removing the cached data on your app would make a difference. Log out of the app and back in twice in a row after this to trigger a manual sync of your data & settings.
