My son and I both have premium. His works in my car my spotify won't work in car

My son and I both have Spotify premium separate accounts.  He is able to play music in both house and car.  I can only play music in house.  It won't play in car for me.  Why?

Have you tried reinstalling your app? If not here's a step by step tutorial.
