My spotify account can not connect to the argon streamer. I already removed the spotify app en reinstalled it. It stil does not works. When my husband triest to connect with spotify account on this divise, it works just fine. So it can not be the Samsung tablet. Does anyone has an ideale what i can do?
It is my own account. My husband and I each have an account. It is a premium account.
Same problem here, with my Argon Stream 2.
A lot of radio recently, but yesterday I discovered that none of our devices (Nexus 7, Xperia Z3, Xperia Z3+, LG G3, LG G4) manages to connect Spotify to the Stream 2.
Factory reset, app re-install, router reset, WiFi reconfig etc. I.e. no more options to try. Latest SW on all devices. Radio works fine, so no HW issue on the Stream 2.
Checked with Argon and they don't have any known issues.
It has been working flawlessly since the Stream was launched, but this doesn't really make me happy...
My husband uses an ipad and my divise is an android tablet. When my husband loggs in on my divise there is no problem. It is only on my account that he can't connect to the argon streamer2
superclub: sounds exactly like our problem!! Hope we find the solution here
Hi,
Argon Audio posted this on their Facebook page after I highlighted the problem:
"I've spoken to our technology provider about this. Apparently this is a bug in the Spotify app. They updated their Android app, and broke the Connect function on a whole bunch of products.
They have already issued an updated version of the Spotify app for Android. It's in the process of being rolled out, so most users should get it in a few days."
Thank you supercub!
