My spotify is saying its being used on more than 3 devices

My spotify won't let me download my music anymore because it's saying I've downloaded on more than 3 devices yet I don't have it on three devices I've tried deleting and re-installing but that hasn't worked what's can I do? It's a long playlist and I can't keep RE downloading it
