Nao consigo entrar no plano familiar

Quando aceito o convite pra entrar no grupo familiar aparece uma mensagem que so pode entrar uma vez a cada 12 meses

Thanks for posting in the Community. We hope you don't mind us replying in English.

There is a limitation of switching Family plans to only once every 12 months so if you've used up the switch already, you won't be able to join a different Family plan in the next 12 months, but you can always go back to the previous plan.
