I just got a new phone and have a premium account but when i logged in none of my music is showing up. And is is asking for me to go premium? How can i get my music back

You need to log in with the correct credentials otherwise you can create a new empty account. If you check the original email receipt, it will show the user name you need to use. If it's a 10 digit number, use the "log in with facebook" option.

What if I dont have a facebook account? And dont have the 10 digit number

Then log in with the user name shown on your premium receipt.
