No 'Edit' button on the Playlist Options for rearranging songs and deleted songs

Whenever I want to rearrange the songs on the playlist. I can't because there is no edit button to rearrange the songs. I press the 3-dotted button and it comes up with no 'edit' button. I even used the 3-dotted button on the songs themselves and they don't have. I pressed and held each song but it only gave the options for each song either to put them out the playlist.

There is no way to rearrange tracks within a playlist on android I'm afraid. Add your support to this idea.

Did you ever get a solution for this or is it just and Android problem? I can't find 'edit' anywhere, so annoying!
