No Pick and Play on Spotify Free ?!

My Question or Issue

I recently stopped paying for Spotify Premium and went free. I reinstalled the app on my phone a few days ago and have been using it heavily, but I am not seeing any of the Pick and Play playlists that free users are supposed to now be getting. There is no Made for Me section on the homepage, and I see no Daily Mixes, Discover Weekly, or Release Radar. I can see and play all of these if I log in on my computer or on my Fire tablet, though. Any ideas? Does it just take time to see these again on mobile after you switch back to Free?

PS. If I search for Daily Mix, the icons will appear, but they refuse to play. I can search for and play Discover weekly and release radar, but they will only play in shuffle, no Pick and Play.

Maybe it's a caching issue. To clear cached data for Spotify on Android, go to Settings > Apps > Spotify > Storage > Clear Cache.
