No SD card found

No SD card found

Hello!

I am using an Android 4.1.1 Jellybean version of the Android operating system. I recently had to factory reset my tablet due to a couple of issues with apps, so it deleted all of my apps. When I had installed Spotify and went to open the app, it displayed a message that said "no SD card found: We found no place to store our data. Please check that you have a working SD card and free space." When I press okay, all it displays is the black toolbar at the top with the three lines in the upper left hand corner. Everything else is white.

Before I had reset my tablet, Spotify worked fine. Now that's all I can do. What can I do to fix the problem?

I'm having the same problem.

I just about ready to drop spotify.  This is crap - people have been complaining about this for over a year.

@billms Please try a clean reinstall of spotify following the steps here. If you still have problems, post the information requested in the template in this post and I'll see if I can help.
