No Sound in Android TV

hi, my mi tv is connected to an AV receiver via S / PDIF (LWL), since a few days Spotify Sound has been playing more and not being able to control properly. uninstall TV Reboot and back on TV speakers brought no success. Does somebody still have an idea? Question or Issue
