My Question or Issue

Hi. Some playlist created by spotify cannot be shuffled.  And not all the songs show in my mobile compare to when I'm in desktop.  There's only an option to play songs individually and then it would play in the order of the list. This is regarding playlist created by Spotify.  My own playlists have shuffle buttons and all songs in both mobile and desktop.

I've posted about this before and never got any answers.

Thank you for your post.

This is expected behavior. Start a song from the playlist and then click on the playboard. You should then be able to see the shuffle button.

If you cant see it - can you send us a screenshot of your playboard?

When it comes to the songs that's not synced between your devices - is it a specific playlist or just songs in general?

We'll keep an eye out for your reply 🙂
