So i turn the app on, the tracks play but no sound comes out. i plug headphones in and still nothing. any ideas on how to fix?

Do the other apps work fine regarding sound?

What's your mobile model? Try rebooting it holding the Volume Down and Power buttons.

I also suggest a clean reinstall.
