My Question or Issue

I have a premium duo subscription and in one of the accounts I don't see the option to play on a device other than my current phone. It's not a hardware error, if I sign in with a different account on the same phone, the device list appears and playback works. Everything is the same in the settings of both accounts.

Do you have any tips?

Thanks for reaching out on the Community!

Could you try restarting both your phone and your router to see if that makes any difference for you?
 

If the issue persists, it might be caused by an issue with your device's cache. Usually that can be solved by performing a clean reinstall of the app with the steps here. This will also ensure that you're running the latest app version.

 

Shouldn't that do the trick, can you let us know what type of devices that won't appear for you? If possible, feel free to invite screenshots showing how things look from your end, as well as on the other account.
