I can't stream songs free

I'm unable to stream songs for free and I don't have access to my library... It's always empty

The Spotify playlists too are always empty and my username shows digits instead of my name

Just to confirm, does logging out and back in again make any difference? This action should resync your account info.

If that doesn't do the trick, can you send us some more info on what's happening when you try to play a song? For example, are you receiving any error messages?

Also, does Your Library appear in the same way on each device you use Spotify on, or does this only happen with a specific device?
