No internet connection

No internet connection

I've cleared the cache, data and uninstalled and re-installed the app. Still I cannot connect. I talked withT-Mobile and internet connection is not the problem. Help plz...

I have also been having this issue on my HTC M8 with Android, I have already removed the app and re-installed it back, cleaned cache and followed the steops on the guide, yet the issue persists, horrible experience on my first ever Android phone, this is a serious bug that needs fixing.
