No puedo descargar, ni poner me gusta, ni seguir a aryistas

Esq hace varias semanas no puedo descargar las nuevas canciones. También no puedo seguir al artista ni pno aparece que me gusta la canciones nuevas. No entiendo que pasa, si yo pago mensualmente, tngo bastante espacio en mi teléfono. Tampoco pude votar en Spotify me salía algo salió mal. Su última versión es pésima. Espero que al menos si estén contabilizando las canciones que escucho. Verdad tampoco puedo ver en que puesto esta mi artista V de BTS no me aparece no me carga ni nada. Y siempre hay problemas cuando quiero entrar a su perfil. ¿Que es lo q pasa?

Could you check if the same thing happens after clearing saved cache? Once it's done, try logging out and back in again. This action should resync your account info.

Another option is to do a clean reinstall of the app. This will also clear cache, and ensure you're running the latest version.

Shouldn't that do the trick, can you let us know what device and operating system you're using, along with the Spotify version? It would also be helpful if you could send us some more info on what's happening from your end. Does it only happen with a specific artist or playlist? Are you able to download songs on another device that you use Spotify on?
