My Question or Issue

This has happened a while ago but this is the first time I actually said anything about it. When I try to search up episodes I listened to before, sometimes it doesn't show up even if I type I word for word. And if I try to click it in my search history, it just says, "Something went wrong, have another go? Try again" and when I hit try again, nothing happens. It also doesn't show if I look through my Spotify history. This is incredibly annoying because I can never listen to that exact podcast ever again.

Hi there @Yuna_Emi,

Thanks for posting in the Community and welcome.

First up, we'll need to gather more info about the situation. So, if you listen to the episode of a Podcast and then try to look up that same episode, you're not able to find it? Does this happen with all podcasts or one in particular? If it's just with one, send over the link to the podcast and the name of one of the episodes you're not able to find.

Take into account that the content we have varies over time and between countries, so it is normal if sometimes you can't find a song or podcast episode you've listened to before.

On another note, if this happens with every podcast you listen to, would you mind sending us a video recording of this behavior? You can attach it in your next reply in mp4 format, or you can also upload it to YouTube or Google Drive and make it public, so we can visualize it.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply!
