Not being able to delete downloaded playlists from Wear OS

Hi,

I'm trying to delete some playlists that I downloaded some time ago by using the "Remove from Watch" option but it's not working. I saw some posts suggesting to remove the entire Spotify app to have the downloads removed but I don't really want to have all the downloads removed, just some of them and I sure this wasn't designed to work this way. So could someone please help me with this matter?
