Why is it when I pause my music, the playback bat disappears from my notification bar. Help. It's frustrating

I know it sounds simple, but it's often overlooked. Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a quick clean reinstallation of the app. Just follow the steps here. Try to clear your phone cache, too.

If you're still having trouble, could you let me know the exact version of Spotify and the exact version of the operating system you're running?

Okay it's still not working 

The version I am using is the 8.4.61.683 armV7

I am using an Android OS

Could you please try to sing in with your account in another device with similar specs as yours? If you can't do it, please try to sing in with another account in your current device and see hot that goes. 🙂
