Offline Song Downloads removed

Since around one week all my offline downloaded playlists and songs get removed but only on my S8 and not my Tablet. It often happen overnight with the message that there a to many offline devices registered. But I only have two devices for Offline Songs. Tried removing all devices and downloading again didn’t help. Next day overnight all songs are gone but only one my S8 and not my tablet. Started doing it when I restored my s8 to Factory Settings last week I guess. It’s really annoying
