My starred playlist on my phone will not open up, unless I go on to online mode. Why does it not work offline ?

Other playlists work fine

Or if somebody knows how to open a support ticket. That would be greatly appreciated

When paying a sub, i would expect some form of support to be in place when the product doesnt work.

Have you actually synced or downloaded your starred playlist to your phone?
