Offline mode and songs stopping

Hello All,

I have downloaded Spotify onto my computer and mobile.

On my mobile (Galaxy s6) I can use everything OK, But when i want to play music it plays around 2 songs then stops and shuts the App down and i have to go into it again. If i sit there and push next or interact with it every 2 songs it will keep playing but if i leave it, it wont. Very annoying. Spotify is testing my patience.

So I started using my computer at work instead. but now it has put itself into Offline mode permanently and will not let me do anything about it.

I am not in "offline" mode. I have not logged in via facebook (i do not have it) so i havent change my password or anything. I have reset my spotiy password...nothing. I have downloaded spotify again ....nothing. And every now and again i try to log in to listen to a small amount of offline downloaded songs and it will not let me log in at all.

Full internet connection....whats the go??!

In summary, I have 2 devices with 2 different problems and research on the net tells me thousands of other people have these problems as well with spotify with no fix. If this post does not come up with any solutions I will cancel my Premium subscriptions and delete spotify and find another music streamer.

It appears this has fixed the problem on my phone regarding the app closing down after 2 songs. But still has not fixed my computer not being able to get to online mode. In fact it wont let me log in at all. comes up with (Error Code: 2)
