Ongoing issue with missing storage option

For last few months I am facing storage setting missing issue.
This setting sometimes appears but most of the time is not available. And I cannot listen to music offline. It is very unfortunate that I have to download 10 GB of songs every few weeks.
Please advise.

Device: Samsung Galaxy S7
OS: Android 6.0.1
App: Spotify 6.9.0.1212 armV7

I've had to same issue. It sounds like your having a write error. If you have an old SD Card especially if it's over 2 to 3 years old this can happen. It will repair itself after getting a new SD Card.
