Pay refused

Hi. I want to swich to premium but my payment is refused. Although I try to form different accounts and credit cards, it still gives the same error. ( Oops! Sorry looks like you credit card company is having a bad day.) What should I do?

Hi back @Milimolo 

 

For some issue points in the card troubleshooting, there are only your bank which can help, so it would be good to contact them, to clear any suspicion about whats the problem can be. Hope everything will be alright after! 

You can always come back here, if you need something, or if your bank can`t help, we`ll try to figure this out!
