Payback randomly stopping while playing. Happens only on my phone app

Whenever I use my phone app (which is up to date) the playback randomly stops. Not even paused. And I have to either start the from the beginning or change to the next song. This only happens on my phone

I’m having the same problem today! I’ve tried every possible solution I’ve seen and nothing has fixed it.

We're aware of some issues with the app, but those should be already fixed. However, since you mentioned you noticed some inconsistencies with the playback, could you provide us with the following info?:

• Make/model and OS of your device.
• The exact Spotify version running on the device.
• A screen recording of this behavior (you can attach it to your next response by using the Insert Video option in the post editor. You can also upload it to Google Drive and share the link with us making sure the video has the permissions for anyone to see it).
• Troubleshooting steps you've already tried.
• Does this happen on any playlist or only on a specific one?
• Does the issue persist while using a different internet connection?
• Does this happen across devices?

We'd like to investigate this further.

Здравствуйте, у меня такая же проблема. Треки проигрываются 10 секунд и переключаются на другой, а еще когда ищу трек и нажимаю на него, чтобы его прослушать, то не получается. Марка моего телефона: IPhone 11. Версия Spotify:8.8.30.499. Помогите пожалуйста решить данную проблему.
