My Question or Issue

Whenever I leave my phone unlocked it locks itself after 2 minutes. This used to be the case up until recently with sptofiy as well. I would turn on some music, leave the phone on the table, and after 2 minutes it would be locked. Since a while back, sptofiy instead keeps the screen unlocked for some reason.

I have ensured that the "keep phone unlocked" in the car feature is turned off.

Thanks

Hi @Wasdr,

Thanks for reaching out.

Is only this device affected? When did this start happening exactly? Consider performing a full clean reinstall to clear any damaged data and reset any settings that may have been altered and causing this to happen.

Let us know how it goes.

This started maybe a month ago? I have reinstalled it, and I don't have access to any other phones. It feels to me like a bug on Spotifys end, as it worked at one point, and then suddenly stopped working.

Hey @Wasdr,

Thank you for keeping in contact and for the info shared.

We tried to replicate this behavior, but the phone locked after a couple of minutes as usual. So to continue investigating this issue, include in your next response  the Spotify version you're currently running

It would also be great if you could have someone log in with their account on your device - such as a friend or a family member, to see if the issue persists.

We'll be on the lookout.
