Phone shuts down

When I open the spotify app on my Samsung s5 sometimes it will freeze then shut down my whole phone and then my phone won't turn on for a few minutes. I thought it was just my old phone (s4) but when I upgraded it still does it. I don't want to delete cos I have premium but it's really annoying, please help!

I have the same problem with my Samsung J5. Has this been solved? Thanks
