Playback gets interrupted because WIN6KV9A is supposedly playing back on my family account

Playback gets interrupted because WIN6KV9A is supposedly playing back on my family account

Since a few months, playback on my Android and Desktop player keeps interrupting because of another device supposedly using my account.
This device/host name does not exist in my environment. I have a premium family account and other than me, there is only another Android device with another login on the same family account.
Attached some screenshots from my Android device.
N.b. the songs played by the other device is completely off of our playlists.

Help appreciated!

Hello! Welcome to the Spotify Community!

So you have an unknown device on your account? To take care of this issue, please head to the Account Overview. In there, click on "SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE" and then proceed to "SET PASSWORD", which should be below the sign out option 😄

Once you've followed these steps, you should be free of this unknown device!

If anything happens, please do not doubt about letting me know 🙂
Have a nice day!

Sorry why exaxtly do I have to do this? This unknown device should not
interfere with my account in the first place.
@spotify Please fix this annoying behavior.
Why exactly does this device appear at all and how do you know something
similar won't repeat after this disconnect workaround?

The reason you should do this is because someone got in your account
somehow!
I know it's an awful claim what I'm making but the provided steps are two
remove the device and change the password to avoid from logging back in.

As I said, please do the steps ai requested and let me know if the device
pops back in. If it does, please head to the Contact Form:
https://support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/

Once again, let me know if there's anything I can do!

Me again.

Did the recommended steps and just yesterday, had the same issue again.
This issue is annoying as **bleep**.
Can I get someone at Spotify have a look at their logfiles at the exact time specified by my screenshots to find out what's going on?

Cheers
Andy

@julian_L fyi this is a known issue many people have. See https://community.spotify.com/t5/forums/v3_1/forumtopicpage/board-id/002/thread-id/28221
While It's the same crappy song interrupting, it seems either this is a technical flaw or an exploit.
Needs to be fixed asap.
