Player Notification popping without listening on any device

My Question or Issue

Since the last update i got of Android app ( 8.4.97.807 ) , the notification for media player is popping quite often while i'm not listening to any device. When i dismiss it, it pops again after few minutes. It's quite annoying as it floods my notifications.

Also, when i'm listening on another device and decide to pause playback from my phone via `media player notification`. When i start playback again (via the notification) it starts on my phone instead of the device i was listening before. The notification indicates that i'm listening on another device and know which device exactly, but doesn't resume playback on that device. If i choose inside the app that i want to listen on another device, it works perfect even with multiple pause/plays. Not sure if thats how it should work or it's bug introduced in latest version.
